EmailShepherd's AI Agents can generate emails for you. AI Agents are trained to understand your own Email Design System, ensuring that what it generates remains on brand and stays within your own guardrails.

What the AI Copilot Can Do​

The AI Agents have full capability to create and update emails on your behalf. They can:

  • Add, remove, and modify email components
  • Populate fields and content throughout your emails
  • Search your image library for appropriate images
  • Generate new images and add them to your image library
  • Use your own personalization tags to personalize emails appropriately
  • Handle both complex email generation and simple edits

Essentially, anything you can do in the email editor, the AI can do for you.

Any change that it makes requires you to approve or reject it.

Using the AI Copilot Chat​

To use the AI Agentic Email Copilot Chat, click the floating icon at the bottom right of the email editor.

You will be presented with the chat interface.

Next, just ask the AI Agent Copilot to do something for you. This can be a complex prompt such as generating an email with a lot of specific details, or something simple like setting a subject, replacing a component, or swapping an image.
